Volunteer

Artown seeks volunteers throughout the month of July for events taking place in Wingfield Park and at the Robert Z. Hawkins Amphitheater and at Discover the Arts events at venues throughout town.

Volunteers serve as greeters, ticket takers, assist with seating, provide information to attendees, collect surveys, aid performers as well as many other tasks.

In addition to support during July, Artown volunteers assist in distribution of materials starting in April with the poster and continuing through July with schedules and event flyers.

Events are fun, generally in the evenings and on weekends, and present some of the best music, dance, and art available.

Discover the Arts volunteer opportunities are open Monday – Friday and generally take place between 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Administrative volunteer opportunities as well as Encore performance promotion activities are throughout the year.
